Dr. Wajih 'Joe' Ajib brings a unique combination of academic excellence, federal service experience, and deep community commitment to the role of Justice of the Peace for Precinct 3.

With a doctorate in criminology and years of dedicated service at the federal level, Joe has the knowledge and expertise to ensure fair and just outcomes for all members of our community. As a DHS instructor, he has trained countless professionals in the principles of justice and integrity.

Beyond his professional credentials, Joe is the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping families navigate complex immigration processes and providing vital guidance to those in need. His work demonstrates his unwavering commitment to serving others with compassion and respect.

Throughout my career, I have been driven by a genuine passion for justice and a belief that the legal system should serve as a source of hope and fairness for everyone. Whether through my teaching work, my nonprofit organization, or my daily interactions with community members, I strive to bring a cheerful, approachable demeanor to everything I do.

As your Justice of the Peace, I will be a visible, engaged member of our community. I will listen to your concerns, understand your needs, and work tirelessly to ensure that justice is delivered with both professionalism and heart.

Brazos County is my home, and I am honored to have the opportunity to serve my neighbors with the integrity, fairness, and compassion they deserve.
